Warning: Your Home May Be Toxic!

Did you know that today most American homes contain over 62 toxic chemicals? That’s more than a chemistry lab at the turn of the century. Most of these chemicals can be found right under the sink in the bathroom or kitchen, and are used every day around the house. What does this mean? Well, you are exposing yourself, your family, and most dangerously, your children to toxic chemicals on a day-to-day basis. Eventually, this exposure will lead to long-term illness.

Is this really an urgent matter?
Undoubtedly, the answer is yes. Ross Ann Soloway, administrator of the American Association of Poison Control Centers says toxins in U.S. homes now account for 90 percent of all reported poisonings each year. That's an epidemic of hazardous living by any standard. And while these figures include everything from non-fatal aspirin overdoses to the deadly consumption of drain cleaners, they fail to include long-term exposure to toxins like lead and asbestos.

How Can Toxic Chemicals In my Home Affect Me in the Long Run?
Long-term toxic exposure has many adverse effects. These problems include behavioral disorders like ADD and ADHD, growth disorders, respiratory problems such as severe Asthma, Allergies, skin disorders such as Eczema and Psoriasis, various forms of Cancer, and immune system deficiencies, just to name a few. If someone is exposed to these toxic chemicals as a child, the chances that these types of problems will affect them greatly increase.

What kinds of toxic “home products” are we talking about?
We’re talking about Dial soap, Windex, Gain/Tide/etc. laundry detergent, Scrubbing Bubbles, Lysol Disinfectant. Probably most of the stuff that you are using today in your home! And you’ll be surprised when you read this: The National Cancer Coalition’s “Dirty Dozen” a list which includes the top 12 cancer causing agents found in the home includes Crest Toothpaste, Cover Girl makeup, Ajax Cleaner, Lysol disinfectant, Talcum(foot)Powder, and VO5 Hair products just to name a few. That’s pretty scary!

How do I make my home a safer place?
The simplest way to get rid of a majority of the toxins in your home is to convert your home to all natural or naturally derived products. You can find alternatives at natural health stores, online with a Google search, or just ask a friend who knows about a reasonable alternative. You may be under the impression that converting your home to all natural products will be too expensive. And, yes there are expensive alternatives, but there are also cost-effective ones too. I’m sure if you ask someone who has converted to all natural products, they will tell you they have seen both their own and their families’ well-being increase dramatically. Believe me when I say. “It’s worth it.”

A Few Healthy Tips…
1) In the Japanese tradition, take off your shoes when you go inside. This action alone can reduce the amount of Lead contamination in your house by 40%. Wow!

2) Even if you don’t smell it, these toxic products give off harmful fumes. Over a period of time they will negatively affect your health (they probably already have). So, ventilate your home well and whenever possible. Today, our homes have become so “energy efficient” that while they are saving you money on A/C or Heat, they are also trapping in this stuff!

3) Aside from what’s in your home, take a look at what you’re putting in your body. As part of an organic food co-op, you have made a great start! You want to stay away from genetically altered foods, foods from animals given hormones such as milk, poultry, and beef. Oscar Meyer Beef Franks have enough Nitrites in them to be placed on the NCC’s “Dirty Dozen” list too. And, don’t overlook Water – City water has many chemicals in it, and may include Chlorine and Flouride…Bad! Even well water can be contaminated by poisons such as feces and lead. So get a high-quality water purifier that also balances the water’s Ph. Lastly, take a multivitamin, mineral complex, and antioxidant twice every day. We need them to supplement what we don’t get in our diets, and to get rid of carcinogens we regularly come into contact with. Choose a high quality vitamin that has an absorption rate of no lower than 10%, meaning your body absorbs up to 10% of the vitamin content to the cellular level. Example: Centrum has a 12% absorption rate. If you look hard, you can find vitamins out there that have up to a 95% absorption rate. These are the best choice as you get the most for your money

In conclusion, just be aware of what you are bringing into your home and what you and your families are being exposed to. Educate your friends and family on how to reduce this risk. Not only will you be helping yourself and other people, you will also be contributing to a healthier environment. In today’s world we need that. Make Money Writing Articles: Fast and Easy

A great way to promote your home or online business is by writing articles that are relevant to your opportunity in some way. People are always looking for answers to their problems, and you can now be the expert that they trust by providing them with content-rich answers. This may sound hard or time comsuming, but it really isn't.

What most people don't realize is that the work is already done for them, they don't need to come up with unique content from the top of their heads, they just need to look for what is already out there and improve on it.

Every possible topic has been covered and covered well by someone, but most of the time these people don't even want to profit from their work, they do it for the fun of it, which is great for you.

While you can't steal these people's hard work, (we wouldn’t want to anyway, we want to profit from our work) you can use their ideas and learn from their content to write your own. Anyone can become an expert enough in a subject to write a 750 word article on it in minutes if you have the write content in front of you.

I'm skipping ahead of myself here, but I'm going to tell you where to find this content now, then tell you how to come up with article ideas afterwards.

When I come up with an article idea I go directly to the source of the Internet's content. Online bulletin boards, FAQ pages and Article directories!

Every time I need to learn about something to write about it or just for the heck of it, I go to these places......

Everything I could ever want to know about nearly every subject known to man I can find
for free there, if you're willing to dig for it.

All I then do is dissect all the information out of the articles, re write them into my words and add a snazzy article title.

Say you wanted to write an article or articles on fly fishing to promote a fly fishing e-book thru clickbank.com, here's what I would do.

I would go to Groups.google.com and type in fly fishing and see what questions people were asking.

I would also go to Goarticles.com and type in fly fishing and see what articles are already written and how many people have viewed them so you can tell which article topics are the most popular.

Then when I wanted to start writing my article I'd go to FAQ.org and look there for fly fishing Frequently Asked Questions and rewrite that content in my own words for my own articles.

I don't mean steal other peoples content when I say rewrite. I mean use the FAQ's are a place to research a topic and then use that research as a bases for your articles.

Your articles don't have to be masterpieces that are 5000 words in length, in fact it will help your sales if you keep them short 500 to 750 words and you give your readers
information they can instantly use and implement.

The most important part to your article is your article title; it will make or break your article.

When people read articles they want information that they can use straight away. Say for you instance you're writing about how to get your baby to sleep better at night, then you'd want a title something like this.

"6 Easy Steps For A Better Nights Sleep For You And Your Baby That You Can Implement Tonight!"

Ok, that's not perfect but you get the idea.

I've found if you're targeting the Internet Marketing niche you'll find your articles will get a better response and you will make more sales if you give people a plan they can use to make money straight away from your article.

For instance, let's say your promoting the "Google Cash" e-book that shows people how to make money with Google Adwords, you could write articles on the following....

• How you made money following the formula in the ebook.

• Give them a well thought out business plan they can steal and use as their own.

Or even....

Tell them how you failed using the Google Cash method but another method worked for you.

People love a story, success story or even a failure.

Try submitting your article in Forums, or in your Blog (if you don't have one, you should make one www.blogger.com). You can also submit your article to article submission sites. You can find those just with a simple Google Search, or you can use an Automatic Article Submitter. you can get yours by signing up for free at:

Yesterday I talked about the advantages of Home-based businesses. There are many! But, You want to get involved with a business that will sustain you and your family and pay you on results rather than by the hour. You also want the business to provide you something called residual income- that is when you have a lifetime customer that always buys through you, and when he or she does, you recieve a comiision. This is why network marketing/mlm/affiliate marketing is so powerful.
First of all, you don't have to worry about manufacturing a product. Second, you dont have to worry about accounting and writing checks. All you have to do is promote the company, get people to "switch over" and use those products regularly, and teach others to do what your doing. Usually the company will have a duplicatable system to make this happen. Tomorrow I will talk about the Seven Characteristics that you should look for in a company. Hello Everyone...
So people have been asking me a lot about home-based businesses lately. It makes sense because as each day goes by, more and more people are learning that they can supplement their income by working from home. And, they are intrigued by the possibility that this income could eventually replace and exceed their existing income. What does that mean for them? Well, no more 9-5, no more boss telling you what to do.
